Fabian F. Harper

Fabian F. Harper now serves as the CEO/Director of The Reform Society located in Lilburn Georgia.
Fabian F. Harper has worked diligently and extensively as a Counselor at Summit Ridge Hospital; Family Values Network Inc.; New Beginning Counseling Center and SBS Psychological Association. Mr. Harper is also the author of 11 inspirational books.
